Within the scope of the project, there are 3 ministry buildings. Those are 200-person capacity of Ministry of Automobile and Transportation headquarter, 168-person capacity of General Directorate of Highways and 253-person capacity of Ministry of Railroads headquarter. As part of headquarters, there are a conference hall, a dining hall, a kitchen and equipments, a library and a parking lot.

It was used Panemax panel formwork system on wall and column formwork and HD 150 load bearing tower system through the project.
