Those who prefer Intek Projects
Located on coastline of Morocco and gone out to tender by Morocco Highway Management (ADM), Al Jadida-Safi Highway project consists of 4 sections (142 km).
Previously formed legs of the bridge within the scope Candybil roads had the shape of champagne glass. Andalip Bridge has the same shape and height but dimensionally, it was projected in higher middle legs. Thanks to the fact that special shaped inclined steel walings conformed with Panemax system, a sum of standard Panemax panel was added to inclined steel walings previously supplied for Candybil project and so, it was provided a serious economy to the formwork budget.
It was constructed four interchange and five intersection on the route of Candybil road whose total lenght is 29,87 km. The side pier walls were poured at once with 7,50 m height of Inteva wall formworks. Besides; emerged in the form of champagne glass from 4 to 6 m witdh, the middle legs in Candybil bridge in the height of 7,05 m were poured with custom manufacturing galvanized formworks.
Mak-Yol undertook the construction of East-West Highway project in Algeria. Mak-Yol chose Intek Formwork again as solution partner on that project. Within the scope of the project, there consisted of many legs and head beams in various dimensions and heights. In that context, 9 sets of leg fomwork and climbing equipments as well as 4 sets of head beam formwork were formed.
The engineering structures of this phase, whose main construction was undertaken by Astaldi, were realized by Seta Construction. At this zone; there are totally 5 side piers and 13 middle legs including 4 side piers and 10 middle legs on K1 intersection, 1 side piers and 3 middle legs on north approach viaduct.
As a result of retaining water in Ataturk Dam, the road is interrupted at the location where Adiyaman-Kahta-Siverek-Diyarbakir state highway intercepts dam reservoir and the transition is enabled by ferry. The transportation provided by ferry services on limited conditions is aimed to come to a state of shorter and more comfortable with Nissibi Bridge constructed on Ataturk Dam. The walls remaining in between pylons, pylon foundations and cast-in-place concrete bridge deck slabs on that project were formed with Intek Formwork systems.
Within the scope of the project, it was performed the reinforcemet of 12 viaduct legs whose heights varied from 9 to 21 meters and 6 beam heads onto those legs. The formwork provided for the legs was designed in the principle of single sided formwork. As it was unable to apply tie-rods artwart, the concrete pressure towards formwork was transfered by formwork components and transmitted to permanent anchors which were placed on foundation or previously poured wall.
Yükseklikleri 11,6 metre ile 32,3 metre arasinda değişen birçok ayak için İNTEVA sisteminden yararlanilarak 5 takim ayak kalibi ve tirmanma ekipmani verilmiştir. Ana gövdeden 4,60 metre konsol çikan başlik kirişleri, zemin üzerine kurulan HD150 iskele sistemi ile desteklenmiştir.
Sile-Agva Highway will pass through 11 villages between Şile-Kandıra and with 8 crossroads Sile-Agva transit transportation will decrease to 22 kilometers. The highway that is under construction, which does not harm the natural structure of Agva, is made with 3% inclination considering driving safety and driving comfort. Despite of the risk of increasing the Project cost, the aim is to protect nature and to make the road high quality. With the completion of the 3x3 round trip, Agva will have an ease and comfortable highway.
