Operating on simple cycle technology, 1.000 mw capacity of Erbil Gas Power Plant is the biggest power plant of Iraq Kurdistan region. The project undertaken by Enka as turnkey consisted of converting the power plant into combined cycle power plant by utilizing GE steam turbines and increasing 1.000 mw of capacity up to 1.500 mw by raising 500 mw.

The Biogas Plant, which is planned to be operated in order to reduce the environmental impact of animal (bovine and poultry) wastes in the region and convert the methane gas obtained from the wastes into electrical energy, will be established on a total area of 18,949,25 m2. The plant, which is planned to be completed in two stages, will be installed and commissioned at the first stage of the plant with a capacity of 3,12 MWe and then with the anticipated increase in the amount of waste in the process going forward, the capacity will be increased to the installed capacity of 6.0 MWe initially as determined in the project.

9 different types of circular and conic cross-sectional reinforced concrete silos were formed successfully with the utilization of Inteva large area panel system. The availability to obtain circular forms by connecting just template plank to the standard formwork elements is one of the advantages which Inteva system provides.

Panemax panel formwork system was supplied for foundation, columns and walls on the project. With the panels previously used in foundations, the columns in the height of 10,60 meters and the walls in changeable dimensions and heights were moulded successfully later. It was preferred HD 150 tower system on slab formwork.

The walls and columns in that project were formed with Inteva system. The columns in the height of 10,25 cm and dimensions of 80X120 cm and 80X80 cm were poured safely by means of high pressure resistance property of Inteva system. The supporting props used enabled high column formworks to be plumbed. It was used HD tower system on slab formworks.

The storey height is 12 meters in logistic warehouse project consisting of 3 blocks. It was used HD 150 system slab formwork in the area of 4200 m2 and the height of 12 meters, Inteva system wall formwork in the lenght of 14 linear meters and the height of 12 meters, Inteva system column formwork in the dimension of 130X130 (6 sets) and the height of 11 meters.

The total construction area of the project, located inside Gebze Organized Industrial Site, is 25.000 m2. The production plant consists of two coats of reinforced concrete slabs each of which varies 9,40 m in storey height, 15 cm in slab thickness and from 100 cm to 135 cm in beam heights and where there are 3 dilatations on each floor.

One of the new modern investment projects TOGG (Turkey’s Automobile Enterprise Group Industry and Trade Inc.) is being constructed in Gemlik which is a district of Bursa. İNTEK Formwork and Scaffolding Systems have been preferred during construction time.

Within the scope of Power and Desalination plant project, 83.000 m³ of concrete works were completed by Akon Group using İNTEK formwork and scaffolding systems. The most critical part of the project in terms of formwork and scaffolding technique is the reinforced concrete curtains with a height of 10,40 meters.
