PANEX system is an ideal panel formwork system for all sites. Either the walls and columns are changing continuously or they are always the same throughout the project it isn’t important for PANEX system PANEX system solves every type of project very succesfully. All components are designed to be handled by one or two persons. If there is no crane at the side panels can be easily carried by hand. If there is an available crane then some panels are assembled to a big panel and are transferred by crane together in one go.

Panels are manufactured in 5 different heights as 120 cm, 150 cm, 180 cm, 270 cm and 300 cm and in 5 different widths as 30 cm, 45 cm, 60 cm, 75 cm and 90 cm. The profile forming panel frame has a surface for plywood to fit and a rebate for clamps to tighten from every points.

Panex universal panels are also manufactured in 5 different heights as 120 cm, 150 cm, 180 cm, 270 cm and 300 cm and in 3 different widths as 45 cm, 75 cm and 90 cm.
The feature of the universal panel is the multihole reinforcement which has holes with 5 cm intervals. Thanks to the hole pattern, panex universal panels provide special solutions at the corners and at the stop-ends.
Panex clamps connect the panels easily. Only one blow is enough to make a rigid connection. Clamps are not dependent on the holes of the frame profile. Due to special shape of the frame profiles the clamps connect two panels together at any point around the frame.

Panex adjustable clamp VD provides a space between two panels for a fitting timber till 15 cm thick. So length adjustment is achieved easily with standard panels and fitting timbers.
A huge panel formed with the combination of several panels can be transported by Panex lifting bracket in a move. The weight capacity each lifting brackets is 500 kg.
