Sile-Agva Highway will pass through 11 villages between Şile-Kandıra and with 8 crossroads Sile-Agva transit transportation will decrease to 22 kilometers. The highway that is under construction, which does not harm the natural structure of Agva, is made with 3% inclination considering driving safety and driving comfort. Despite of the risk of increasing the Project cost, the aim is to protect nature and to make the road high quality. With the completion of the 3x3 round trip, Agva will have an ease and comfortable highway.
Totally 7 tunnels, 3 of which between cayirbasi and Kabakoz, 2 between Kabakoz and Akcakese and 2 between Imrenli and Suayipli, and totally 8 viaducts, 3 of which between cayirbasi and Akcakese and 5 between Akcakese and Karacakoy, constitute the art structures in the project. Kabakoz-Akcakese tunnel is the longest tunnel of the project with a length of 795 m, and the Akcakese viaduct is the highest viaduct of the project with a height of 42 m.
Within the scope of 8 viaducts of the project, İNTEVA wooden beams panel systems were used in the edge foot formwork, SCS formworks with steel surfaces were used in the molds of the middle legs with elliptic shape, HD 150 load-bearing scaffold system was used in the head beams and in the viaducts where the height reached up to 42 meters, it was solved with TTD suspension system.
The İNTEVA curtain pattern is given to A = 610m² - H = 886 cm in height to pour the largest edge foot in two runs.
In the middle legs with elliptical shape, SCS formworks with steel surfaces were used with the following quantities and dimensions below.
200/400 cm - H = 440 cm - 5 sets (220 + 220 cm)
250/400 cm - H = 440 cm - 1 sets (220 + 220 cm)
250/850 cm - H = 440 cm - 2 sets (220 + 220 cm)
The middle legs with elliptical shape are made by climbing on the wide platforms formed by the TTD 200 climbing consoles. A special platform, which is sitting on the climbing consoles and connected to the formwork, was designed in order for the blacksmith team to connect the anchor of the section to pour mortar. Thanks to this platform, after the pouring of concrete, a significant time saving is achieved by connecting the iron to the upper section without removing the formwork.
The forms of the head beams are solved by the İNTEVA wooden beams panel system.
Two different solutions were applied to the scaffolds supporting the formworks, depending on the viaduct height. In the viaducts with a height of less than 20 meters, HD 150 load-bearing scaffolding system was used and in the viaducts where the height reached up to 42 meters, TTD suspension system was used.
