The consortium led by Tas Yapi A.S. obtained 25 years of operating rights at KKTC Ercan Airport in 2015 with a Build-Operate-Transfer model. With the new facilities to be built within this scope, Ercan Airport capacity is planned to be increased to 5,000,000 - 7,000,000 passengers / year.
