Projected on 4399 m2 land, Nef 163 which has a construction area of 48.000 m2 is the first architectural project of globally known and internationally awarded Autoban Architecture and Design Office.

INTEVA large area panel system was supplied for unchanging flat walls and columns. PANEMAX panel formwork system was preferred for lift shafts and stairwells having different forms from each other. Single-sided frame walls on basement floor were poured using single-sided supporting equipments.

On the slabs where storey heights are variable, HD 150 tableform system was chosen and reaped a huge profit.
