Gulsan Plaza project in Istanbul, Kavacik, a part of which was designed as head office of Gulsan Construction has 23.000 m2 of construction area. 2 sets of HD 150 slab formwork, ½ set of Inteva wall and ¼ set of Inteva column formwork systems were supplied for typical floors. Within the scope of the project, piling operation was initially performed and then it was excavated at a depth of 12 m in process of about 3 m sections. After the excavation at every 3 m depth, primary wall concrete was poured in front of piles. For this purpose, totally 30 linear meter of wall formwork, single sided reverse climbing brackets, supporting equipments were supplied for project. The procedure was repeated four times and then it was reached the foundation level.
Single sided basement floor perimeter concrete wall was poured in front of coating concrete by means of single sided supporting equipments. Additionally the reverse climbing brackets were modified by İNTEK and standard climbing brackets were obtained thus bringing economy to the formwork budget.
The perimeter wall concrete was poured with single sides starter equipments by using the stop anchors left in the slab.
